We had a major sink issue, we were able to get on the schedule right away for a specific time, unlike other companies that give you a “four hour window” of when to expect someone. The communication was excellent, I received updated texts and could even follow the plumber’s vehicle’s location. The plumber, Gary, arrived right on time and did a great job resolving the issue. He was very courteous and professional. We will definitely be using Plumb professionals for any future plumbing needs.
