What our plan includes:
We will come out once a year for a complete in-home plumbing inspection and water heater flush (for a standard tank style water heater) for preventive maintenance. Any issues or possible concerns will be noted with options and estimates for repairs. All Active subscriptions includes Member Status and will receive 15% (+**) off all future service work. In addition, all specials we offer throughout the year will still be available when not being promoted.
Add-ons
Softener Maintenance
We will check out the water softener and add salt as needed. Any issues and concerns will be noted with options and estimates for repairs or replacements.
Hosebib Winterization
We will properly winterize the hosebibs for the season to help prevent pipe bursts due to the wintertime freezing temperatures.
Tankless Water Heater Flush
We will flush the tankless water heater with a vinegar solution because it helps to prevent lime scaling as well as calcification especially on the heat exchanger.
Urinal Chemical Treatment
We will treat the urinal drains with a chemical treatment because proper and regular treatment helps keep the drains clear.

We will come out twice a year to get you winterized in the fall and ready for the spring. At each visit we will also perform a whole house plumbing inspection and flush your water heater (standard tank style water heater) for preventive maintenance. Any issues or possible concerns will be noted with options and estimates for repairs. All active subscriptions includes Member Status and will receive 15% (+**) off all future service repair work. In addition, all specials we offer throughout the year will still be available when not being promoted
